When reading this Sunday's readings people might be tempted to launch into a tirade a ‘fire and brimstone’. However, if we look at the positive aspects of the readings, we will see that our God is loving and forgiving. God wants us to remain faithful to him, just as God is faithful to us. God loves us and has a place ready for us for all eternity. If we remain faithful then we need not fear the end of time.
