It is easy to be ready for something to happen when we know the day and the time to expect it. In today's Gospel, Jesus explains that we must always be ready for his return, even though no one knows when he will be coming. The reading talks about wisdom, in particular wisdom as a gift from God. Do we use this wisdom in our everyday lives? Do we live each day to our best? As parents, we are our children’s first and best teachers. Are we, as Christians, ready for the coming of Christ’s Kingdom? What can you do today to help you live a better life, be a better person?
